Gao Domains provides infrastructure tools including:

• Registration and management of .gao digital domain identifiers.
• On-chain ownership record interfaces.
• Domain management and configuration tools.
• Identity and record resolution interfaces.
• Related decentralized infrastructure services.

Domain ownership is recorded through smart contracts deployed on blockchain networks. Control of a domain is determined solely by control of the associated private cryptographic keys. Gao does not control, reverse, or modify blockchain transactions.

A .gao domain:

• Is a digital identifier recorded on a blockchain.
• Does not represent equity, ownership in Gao, or any other entity.
• Is not a security, investment contract, or financial instrument.
• Is not sold for speculative or investment purposes.

Gao makes no representations regarding present or future value, resale potential, liquidity, or market demand.

You are solely responsible for:

• Safeguarding your private keys and wallet credentials.
• All activities conducted through your wallet address.
• Verifying transaction details before submitting blockchain transactions.
• Complying with applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

Loss of private keys may result in permanent and irreversible loss of control over your domain. Gao cannot recover lost private keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with:

• Domain registration.
• Premium auctions.
• Additional services.

Blockchain network fees ("gas fees") are paid directly to the blockchain network, are not retained by Gao, and are non-refundable. All registrations and purchases are final except where required by applicable law.

Gao may designate certain domain names as reserved, including but not limited to:

• Government names.
• Public institutions.
• Critical infrastructure identifiers.
• Names required to prevent fraud or public confusion.

On-chain ownership cannot be unilaterally revoked except in accordance with protocol rules or applicable law.

You may not use the Services to:

• Engage in unlawful conduct.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate individuals or entities.
• Distribute malware or harmful code.
• Conduct fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices.

Gao:

• Does not custody digital assets.
• Does not hold or manage private keys.
• Does not act as a financial institution.
• Does not provide banking, brokerage, investment, or money transmission services.

All transactions occur directly between users and blockchain networks.

The Services may integrate or link to third-party services such as wallets, RPC providers, storage networks, or other blockchain infrastructure tools.

Gao is not responsible for third-party service availability, security practices, or losses resulting from third-party integrations.

All website content, branding, trademarks, and software interfaces associated with Gao are the intellectual property of Gao Labs LLC or its licensors.

Ownership of a .gao domain does not grant rights to Gao trademarks or branding assets.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Gao disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Blockchain systems may involve inherent technological risks and vulnerabilities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gao shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, digital assets, or data.

Gao’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Gao during the preceding twelve (12) months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gao from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Gao may suspend or terminate website access for violations of these Terms. Termination of website access does not alter blockchain-recorded ownership of domains.

Gao may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
